How do the applications work?

Shortlisting – we conduct an eligibility check and review growth potential.
Final selection – winners announced on 21 July 2025.
Onboarding – successful applicants attend orientation and are paired with their mentor.
Program participation – engage in workshops, monthly check-ins and the final showcase.
